I need someone to come finish and sand a room I started in my basement. Roughly 9x7. You must have years of experience taping sheetrock. No handyman or laborer that says they can do sheetrock. It really just needs to be sanded so I can paint. Maybe putty a few spots here and there. I would finish it myself but I don't have the time. I've done a lot of sheetrock over the years so I know what a good job should look like when you are done. I'm willing to pay $10 per hour cash at the end of the day when you are done and I inspect it. You must have your own tools and have done this a million times. Thank.
