Im moving out and work so much i am unable to get everything squared away in time. looking to pay half up front and the other half upon completion. Please let me know when you'll be able to stop by and look over the property to assess the damage. im looking to have it done between the 27th and the 30th of june. If the job is not done in time you'll forfeit the remainder of the pay.
