Need a laborer / handyman / helper to work with experienced carpenter and real estate investor on projects in Newburyport.
Must be physically fit and able to lift, carry, dig, and work overhead without pain.
Work includes: Interior and exterior painting, carpentry, landscaping, cleaning, etc.
Must be a highly conscious person as I can't afford expensive mistakes. Attention to detail and respect for quality things are a must. That means no paint drips or scratches on floors, furniture, or my tools and no damage to walls, windows and trim.
