62 y/o male on social security disability needs large room starting March. I get my check on the 3rd. Prefer furnished with bed, one or two dressers and closet. Utilities, cable and internet included. I do drive and have a car. I also smoke. I can afford up to $400 but, of course, cheaper is better because I don't get that much per month. I have my own tv and desktop computer so I will need outlets. I am very quiet and clean up after myself. Looking for H-E-B or east Ft Worth by 820. Also prefer private bath but will share. Age, gender or sexual orientation doesn't matter just not loud parties. Thank.
