Old Farm Computer is a charitable organization that provides non-profit Information Technology services to the citizens of the state of Maryland. Low cost sales of computers to the general public, The Buddy Project program and a charity computer repair program for the poor. Old Farm Computer's mission is to make technology accessible and affordable to everyone with or without ability to pay.

Part Time Assistant to the Founder and Chairman- Frederick, MD

Requirements:

*Bachelors Degree, or Student at an accredited College or University
*Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Publisher or other related software.
*Must have strong Written and Verbal communication skills.
*Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.

Duties:

Works to assist the Founder and Chairman of Old Farm Computer in many different ways including but not limited to:
*Answers Incoming phone calls and directs them to the appropriate staff member
*Creates new forms and documents for use by clients and staff as needed.
*Assist in mass mailings.
*Helps coordinate the Old Farm Computer, Computer Technician Internship curriculum.
*Updates the "Computer Sale database"
*Supports the planning of special events and fundraisers for the organization as needed.
*Handles special assignments as assigned.
