the raffish is a distinctive publication featuring the work of under-resourced writers and artists, and content which celebrates all things raffish.

Characterized by winsome unconventionality; possessing qualities that are offbeat or unorthodox; ostensibly lowly or rubbish.
Our inaugural Issue 0 was published in November and is available for purchase at theraffish.org and with select retailers.
Issue 1 is slated for a February 2018 release. We're currently accepting submissions in the form of short stories, essays, poems, letters, photography, illustrations, and more. If you're interested in having your work featured in our spunky little mag, please review our submission guidelines (theraffish.org/partner) and send us your stuff. The deadline for submissions to Issue 1 is 12/20/17.
