We are a two-person, coed cleaning and labor team that does house cleaning, office cleaning*, apartment turnovers, severe cleaning/remediation. We have 6+ years of experience and are here to help! Need us ASAP? Just ask!! If we are available to help you right away; we will! No extra charge! We are not strange or creepy (no offense to Craigslist, but we've all met weirdos on here before, right?). Do not be embarrassed about inviting us over to clean because: A.) If it didn't need doing; we'd be out of a job!
B.) We love a challenge!
C.) Nobody's perfect! We are all run ragged, work too much, tons of obligations, who has time to clean?? and
D.) We've seen it all! (Really!) We specialize in difficult cleaning jobs. Show us what you've got and we will take care of it completely, efficiently and without judgment. When you contact us to discuss your needs, please let us know the following:
â— What city/town you live in;
â— Size of your home / office / space being cleaned; (# of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, square footage, etc.);
â— Would you like for us to use our cleaning products, or yours? (We use standard cleaning products that we have found to be most effective, most are natural, some are not, and we use bleach for bathrooms unless otherwise requested);
â— Please make us aware of any sensitivities to cleaning products or any allergies that are relevant (dust, pet hair, etc.);
â— Difficult pet areas? No problem! We have enzymatic cleaners that break down any pet stains/accidents and deters them from returning to the marked spot;
â— What days/times work for us to come by (if available - we can come the same day! Feel free to ask!).
COST: For our two-person cleaning team:
â€¢ Initial residential or office cleaning: $50 per hour;
â€¢ For repeat/follow-up/maintenance cleaning: $40 per hour;
â€¢ Apartment turnovers and Move In/Out cleaning: $60 per hour; and
â€¢ For cleaning involving a greater than average level of cleaning (pests, biohazard, hoarding, heavy clutter/organizing, possible personal contamination or hazard, etc.), we will estimate the cost starting at $60/hour and up.
â€¢ Tipping is appropriate and very appreciated but obviously not required. We strive to make each client not just happy, but thrilled. Hopefully we fulfill that expectation! ESTIMATES: We can give you a rough estimate via email based on your description, once we are there and can see it, we can give you a more accurate estimate of the cost and the time involved, but historically we are pretty accurate via email as long as the info provided is accurate.
ADVICE: "Free Estimates" are not really free! Our providing estimates via phone and email helps us to keep our rates low. The "free estimate" other cleaners provide just gets made up by their higher rates and added charges to clean certain items (windows, appliances, etc.). We don't hide charges, we keep rates low, and we don't double dip! Charging to clean an item while charging hourly is you paying twice! MINIMUMS: We have a two-hour / three-hour minimum per job (depending on distance), meaning either two/three-hours of work or if there is not enough work to total two/three-hours, then the cost is still a total of two/three-hours. We strive to find enough work to fill the full time - not out to cheat anyone, not our style! PAYMENTS: Cash only, sorry - NO CHECKS.
