Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct interviews with clients to obtain additional information on taxable income and deductible expenses and allowances. Make sure you have the knowledge to give our clients the correct amount that is due to them.
Promotions and marketing to bring in new clients.
Communicating with our clients, discussing the tax preparation process.
Follow company procedures by keeping all client information confidential.
Maintain exceptional customer service to our clients that way they will refer us to potential new clients.
