My product is a light weight multiple use structure that can be assembled easily and disassembled and stored or shipped, its finished inside and out and insulated. Its vey light weight and can be set up in couple hours by one person. We have gotten patens in the works for the building and the production method. We've done the marketing research and the interest generated was amazing.
With my method of construction the labor cost is less than 10 percent Materials 45 percent of cost, with price of 33 dollars square foot its still one of the least expensive shelters anywhere. And even with shop space and labor, with sales there would be profit of $4000,00 on every 20 foot unit and with very minor amount of funding I can set up to do 4 or 5 20 ft. units every weak.
The possibility's are endless military, emergency management, disaster recovery housing, construction camps, bush housing, excetra. The sales opportunity's are also wide open including exclusive home depot or Lowes sales.
I've spent the past three years and most what I have getting to the point I can start producing. I am moving forward but without an infusion of cash its going to take a year, and ill end up not being able to meet the demand and loose sales and customers. I can set up the tooling just like the first press I designed and built. This dramatically reduces the cost of setting up the shop, but I do require 4 to 5000 square foot shop so I can produce one 20 foot unit per day. As well as needing one helper in the shop.
