Have you been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes by your physician, and are
you at least 18 years old and living in the United States??
Do you want to contribute to research that may help others cope with type
2 diabetes?
Researchers at Carnegie Mellon University are conducting a study, and they
want to hear from YOU!
Please take our completely anonymous online survey. It can be completed
online on your home computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone. It takes
from 30-45 minutes (or less, in come cases), and your donation of time*
may help scientists and health care workers understand the relation
between psychosocial factors and health.
*As a token of our appreciation, four (4) participants will be selected
randomly out of all who complete the survey to be awarded $50. This
drawing will take place after the completion of data collection.
