Supreme Chord, one of the most talented, dynamic, fun-filled a cappella groups in the Washington, DC area, has a few slots for personable, talented musicians.
Supreme Chord is a co-ed group of young professionals who live and work in Maryland, DC, and Virginia, who love to make beautiful a cappella music -- but just as importantly, enjoy spending time with each other doing it. We pride ourselves on the quality -- and range -- of our repertoire, with everything from Darius Rucker to Taio Cruz, from the Indigo Girls to Metallica. Supreme Chord has performed widely at venues throughout the DC area, from the Kennedy Center in DC to Jammin' Java in Vienna to Brookside Gardens in Maryland.
We are holding a round of auditions on May 31 and June 7 for all voice parts -- but are particularly looking for basses and tenors. Vocal percussion, arranging, and performance/choreography skills are a plus.
