Everyone out the offers only one main service ,to help out a busy mom and family . I'm placing this ad offering many different services , to see what kind of response I will receive from the ad . I have many different job skillis and abilities as a busy mom myself . But , now that my kids are older and dont need mom as much , still asking for $$ . So , im going to try and build my housekeeping/household services buisness back up and put my older teenagers to work with me . I myself have 10 plus years in residential , commercial , move in and out cleaning for homes and apartments, new construction , organizing for older folks , who I define as "treasure hunters ", that cant let go of their treasures . I can also offer to u child care and daily doggy care and house sitting services , from myself , my 15 yr old daughter and 19 year old daughter , who has actually 2 years of cleaning experience from working with me previously in the last few years . I have had my own side residential cleaning / home services within the last 5 years , but because of life happening good or bad , it was hard to keep it going . So if u are tired of calling around for help from numerous companies and not being satisfied ... lets talk , see if we cant work something out , maybe even just once and if you are satisfied and want to stay satisfied , I will become a very familiar face around your home and hopefully I can lighten your load in your day . Cleaning and organization services , the hourly rate would start at $15 a hour , depending on what is needed and time , etc . Caregiver services / babysitting $8 a hour, doggy services and house sitting services , would be more of a daily rate starting at $20 a.
