We are a professional couple looking for a caring, responsible and experienced part-time live-out nanny to come to our home 2-3 days a week (8-12 hours per week) to assist Mom. The schedule will change on a weekly basis so we are looking for someone with a flexible schedule.

We have healthy infant twins who are relatively well-behaved. We live in Arlington, are a non-smoking family and would like to keep a tidy house. We also have a cat that is very friendly and well-trained. Feeding the cat, on occasion, will also be a part of the job.

***Applicants MUST have proven experience with infants (strong preference for experience with twins) and be fluent in English. Please include references in your response.***

This job will require you to supervise and execute the twin's activities (bathing, dressing, changing, tummy-time, etc.), in addition to some light housework related to child care (including tidying of the nursery, kitchen, and living room area; loading dishwasher, washing bottles, folding/hanging baby clothes, running vacuum and minimal housekeeping duties). Our preference is someone who has raised children from infancy (thus knowing what is needed, first-hand), can show initiative, is a self-starter, and can offer advice/tips to first-time parents (as solicited). The pay will be $9 -$12.50 per hour. We are starting out part-time, but this position has the potential to go full-time for the right candidate.
