Please read the following carefully to save both of us time.
I want to give you as many details about the position before we conduct the telephone interview.
We are looking to fill this position ASAP.
We promote our product at Costco.
We are currently hiring for Saturdays 9:00am -- 5:30pm. We can also work Tuesdays, and in some cases other days with approval from Costco.
We can work every week, every other week, or twice a month depending on your availability.
*This position is an employment/employee W2 position. This is not a 1099 contractor position.
*Pay is every 2 weeks with direct deposit on Friday.
*Company Reps need to be at least 18yrs of age or older.

This position is part time currently. If you are looking for full time, I can refer you to some other demo companies within Costco who work on other days in addition to our company.
Employee's will be shipped supplies via UPS every 2 weeks. They would then transport those supplies and a 4'x2' table to and from Costco Demos. The company can reimburse you for a 4' table up to $40 IF you don't already have one. In some cases we can provide a used one too.
Our average rep sells between 30-40 units on Saturday at Costco. I'm looking to hire average or better. That compensation comes out to about $16-$22hr. We can also offer a raise very quickly for top sellers. Ask about it during the interview.
We give new hires 3 shifts to sell 20 units minimum.
PAY:
*Hourly base of $10hr. 8hrs max. No OT.
*$4 commission on sales above 20 units each shift.
For example if you sell 50 units (-20), then you would receive $120 in commission for 30 units.
*Bonuses on performance (in addition to commissions).
$8 bonus. It's a tier bonus. When you sell 30 units, you get $8, when you sell 40, another $8, etc.
(Basically it's an $8 bonus for every 10 units you sell once you hit 30.)
Here is a math sample. Let's say you work from 10am-6:30pm, and you sell 50 units.
8 hours = $80 base
50 sales = $120 commissions (we do not make commissions on the first 20 sales of the day)
3rd Tier bonus 30,40,50 =$24 bonus
TOTAL: $224 or $28hr
To sell 50 in an 8hr shift you would have to sell 1 box every about every 10 minutes at Costco. In Costco with their traffic, that should be easy.
