Pit Beef Position - Ideal Part Time Position for Retired Butcher / Cook

Conrad's Ruth Villa is a seasonal catering business that host corporate functions at our waterfront park. Our season runs from May 1st, through September.
We are seeking an individual to trim, prepare, and cook pit beef over an open flame charcoal pit. Other items prepared would be BBQ Chicken, Pit Ham, Sausage, Pit Turkey and Burgers. Interested individual would also be operating an electric slicer and responsible for cleanup of the assigned area.
The menu will change as will the group size depending on the customer having the event that day.
Most of the parties are on weekends and run either 12:00PM - 5:00PM, or 1:00PM - 6:00PM. There are exceptions to these times.
We do have occasional parties during the week as well as a few evening parties.
Dependability and transportation are a must. An experienced individual is preferred although we are able to provide training for an individual who has some experience in food service, is eager to learn and has a team attitude.
Individuals interested in this position should be able to lift up to 80lbs. (case of top rounds).
Salary will be determined on experience and range between $15 - $20 per hour for an individual who is trained and self motivated.
