Participants Needed for Genetic Research Study (University of Pennsylvania)

The University of Pennsylvania's Neuropsychiatry Section is looking for family members of people with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders for participation in research studies on the brain and behavior. Study activities may include: a clinical interview, blood draw, computerized test, EEG (a brainwave test), or an MRI. Study activities take place over multiple visits. Payment for participation ranges between $40 to $200 upon completion.. Visits last between 2 to 5 hours. A negative urine drug screen is required. You may be eligible if you are:

- Between the ages of 14-30.
- The biological son, daughter, sister, or brother of a family member diagnosed with schizophrenia.

Participants under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian with them at each visit.
