The Software Engineer, Staff job is primarily responsible for providing technical consulting services during client implementations. This position is also responsible for system engineering and for troubleshooting technical issues and providing resolutions before, during and after the implementation process. The primary customers are the Account Executives, Development, Application Support, and Professional Services Project Managers.Essential Job Responsibilities:Provide technical expertise and professional project and product management services to internal and external customers for implementation of a wide variety of product offerings.Support of data migrations and take-away business via an internal migration utility. This may include discussions and issue resolution for both internal and external clients. Design, code and implement engineering solutions per internal and external customer specifications. This will include the use of internal tools to meet the client needs. Evaluate customer requirements and desired end state to recommend technical pathway while understanding the key business drivers for technical requests.
