Personal assistant to event manager (Portland)

I am planning a massive city-wide fund-raiser for our nonprofit programs Brides of Eden and Voices Set Free - a WEDDING GOWN FLASH MOB next Tuesday in Pioneer Square during the last Noon Tunes concert of the year. We got two new laws passed in Oregon this summer to impact family violence and want to grow more fresh foods for those families turning to the food banks for help. We need to raise a lot of dollars in a FUNanthropy way.

I have thirteen plates spinning in an attempt to get all of Portland to come out and flash dance in wedding gear for our viral video fundraiser. I need a right hand gal or guy who can take some of this off my plate and get the micro details under control while I steer the big picture - which is to take our flash mob fundraising model national - heading to Atlanta in January after going viral form Portland in August.

Like every vendor and participant so far - you would have to agreed to keep going until the event without getting paid because most of our current income streams start the day of the event unless we close on our national tour money this week which is possible. So their is commissions and pay after the event but you would have to help make it a success to get paid and be on the team for Atlanta.

Tasks that I need help with are everything from coordinating the different performers and volunteers.

Asking local bakeries for wedding related donations for us to sell at the after parties.

Helping work social media to attract a bigger crowd.

Distributing more posters and more fliers around town.

More media outreach...etc.
