Have you seen this dog?? Mother, father, and baby will be heartbroken if Stumpy doesn't return safely to us. It might be hard to see in the pics, but she has a nasty, deep scar on her back from previous abuse suffered as a puppy. Stumpy is a rescue who displays signs of PTSD at times.
