Pls help replace my car heater core if you know how (Redondo Beach) hide this posting unhide

I bought a car from craigslist and I took it to the mechanic for a bumper to bumper inspection every thing was fine but he didn't check the heater. The couple who I bought the car from didn't tell me they bypassed the heater core. It's a chevy cobalt 2006 very small car and it has enough isolation from cold air get inside so I usually get so cold as my body gets shaking. I usually drive to work at night and it's freezing. The heater core part at Autozone is only $60 that I can afford but the labor costs between $600 to $800 which I can't afford. To replace the heater core it needs removal of all the dash in the car but I can't do it myself cuz I'm not a experienced in cars and I've never done it. If you know how to do it please help me out and I'll pray for you every time I feel warm in my car; I'll really be grateful to you
I have a very low income and I took a loan from my friend to buy this car but the people Sold me thecar were dishonest as they had it for 9 years and they said everything is fine but the heater is one of the major things they've never mentioned and unluckily the mechanic forgot to check in a warm day
