Growing up, I have always loved stories about people, heroes, history, traveling, music, and art. It makes sense that I eventually found a camera and started telling my own stories with it. Its a natural expression for me. Its a perfect combination of human interaction, documentation, and creation. I love telling stories about people, their friends, families, and about love. This reflects in the photos that I take at weddings, which is a balanced focus on tiny, intimate moments and big, colorful, epic hero shots.
Weddings are an amazing Ritual. Like most ceremonies in culture, many of them have similar structures, but they are never, ever the same. The grooms nervousness, the bridal parties excitement, the couples parents glowing pride in their children; these are the stories that look for.

Client/photographer relationships are incredibly important. Our creative visions, our communication styles, our senses of humor - everything contributes to what we will make together. After our introductions, we will schedule a meeting and have a formal consultation to go over all of the details of your day. This will give us time to get to know each other, discuss locations, and talk about how I can interact with you the best. Some couples like lots of interaction, some couples prefer a fly-on-the-wall approach. No matter what, I can promise that I will deliver an amazing set of images, and I want to make sure your priorities and tastes are my first consideration.
Facts about me-
- For the last 20 years, my favorite movie has been Jurassic Park.
- I would almost always rather be riding a bike.
- I grew up in a small town at the base of the Olympic Mountains, so I know the words to every country song, but not on purpose.
