We are a middle aged couple with a 10 month old baby girl. We live in a small town in S.C. We are having a hard time right now. I am out of work and my wife is a waitress. Our power was turned off 3 weeks ago, we were able to talk to the power company and get it turned on the next day. We make a small payment every morning after my wife has worked. Our bill is over $1,000, last month we paid $370 and the new bill is $345 with water and sewer added in. The power company is now telling us if we don't get half the past due paid by the 5th it will be turned off again, not to be turned back on until the full amount is paid. I have applied at a staffing company and should be working soon, but will not be paid by than even if I start in the next few days. I am asking for anyone who reads this and has a paypal account and a kind heart send $1 to my paypal account. We are big believers in paying it forward.
