My name is Missy and I have a master's degree in clinical professional psychology (with a concentration in child studies) as well as a teaching certificate. I am CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified. I also have an extensive background check already completed by the government who has issued me a fingerprint clearance card. I have been home schooling, tutoring, and working with children who have special needs for almost 10 years. I own my own tutoring and special needs business back in Arizona and Texas. However, my husband is in the Army and recently got stationed in Hawaii so I will be here for the next 3 years.
I work both in my home and in the community. I currently tutor in my home (Schofield Barracks) and at the Wahiawa and Mililani libraries Monday-Saturday. I will work with you on location and provide services wherever is both convenient and the best suited environment for your child to work productively. I have daytime, afternoon, and early evening hours available. Since I work with students Preschool-8th grade, the military, and those with special needs, my pay rate varies.
