My name is Missy and I am a private tutor with a master's degree as well as a teaching certificate. I am 31 years old and have been home schooling and tutoring for over 7 years. I own a tutoring business in Texas but will be working here on Oahu for the next 2 years since my husband is in the Army and currently stationed at Schofield Barracks.
I tutor all subjects (K-8th grade) but the subjects I primarily focus on are Math, Reading Comprehension, Writing, and English.
I provide all the material necessary for tutoring as well as offer study material and homework that can be done at home between sessions. I have a fingerprint clearance card issued by the government and a long list of references that can be provided upon request.
I currently tutor at the Schofield Barracks, Wahiawa and Mililani libraries Monday-Saturday. I will gladly work with you on location and provide services wherever is both convenient and the best suited environment for your child to work productively. I have daytime and evening hours available. Since I work with students K-8th grade, my pay rate varies. Please message me regarding your specific situation for exact rates.
