Hey Jerky - has it ever occurred to you that maybe they do gig and just look for more work to fill their schedules and make more money? Or keep feelers out to see what other opportunities might be out there? Has it occurred to you that maybe they do indeed get some work from those ads and that is why they continue to run them?
