Responsibilities:

* Be present and available to clients - this is not a 8 to 4, AM- job you need to be available when your clients need you. You do not need to be working the whole time, but do need to be on SKYPE, Email and on ELance managing things with a response time no longer than 15 minutes. Most of our work is completed 8a-2pm, 7pm-9pm. You do need to be available 8-noon M-F.

* Make Cold calls to potential clients, also accept incoming potential calls.
*Review available jobs on Elance and Craigslist
During this review period you need to be able to assess target site for target market (seo or build) and respond accordingly within minutes, at the most. You must be able to respond to RFQ's in the least possible time, as that is a factor in securing these type projects.
This does mean that you do need to have some technical knowledge, at the vey least the ability to find out what type of site build it is.
Being able to create professional, detailed bids on jobs that meet our company's niche is paramount, and the ability to NOT "cookie cutter" these RFQ's is essential.
* Create detailed design documents for each project
This can and will mean a lot of contact between you and your clients. We have indeed instances where hand drawn 'pictures' have been used as the basis of a development, meaning your job in this phase is to make sure that never happens again. Site structure and navigation, details on databases if particularly involved project,s site mapping and in some cases wire-framing may all be part of what you need to do.
* Monitor project development - provide feedback to developers and status updates to clients.
When we say "monitor" we do mean quality control also, in that your expected to help test your development site. Bear in mind that as clients will have access to their work area's, your development needs to show steady progress before a client needs to mention anything to you.

We have a generous commission based structure here at TechDux. You, yourself, are solely responsible for your success. Our most recent project manager has earned over $2000 in commission in just 2 weeks time. Mind you that was part of his first 4 weeks with the company.

In the training and review period of 30 days, you will be paid 10% commission on all projects, and your trainer will receive 20% for actually helping book the project, and managing it while you shadow. If you are trained prior to 30 days or need longer, then we can accommodate that as well. Once outside of the training period, you will receive 30% for every project you book and is completed. Average projects are $700-$1400, and take 7-10 days to complete. We expect each full time manager to book 2-3 projects per week. We provide hundreds of dollars per month on elance to bid on jobs, there is no reason you should not be booking projects. Generally, someone who is motivated and commits to providing 25-40 hours per week of dedicated work, can expect to earn $600-$1000 per week.

This is not a easy task, and not for everyone. You have to be a go-getter!
