We are looking for properties that are for sale or rent in the Ogden, Salt Lake, Provo and surrounding areas. Vacant and/ or neglected properties are what we need to find and we can never find enough ! We love changing a house that is an eyesore to the neighborhood to one that shines. We are looking for people who can spot these houses and send us those addresses. It does not take long, but does take persistence and a knack of seeing the potential in these houses.
