Field Services Management Company is seeking for individuals to perform inspections and general services on REO and HUD properties. We are recruiting individuals to provide services such as: Routine Inspections, Initial Inspections, Initial Cleanouts, Routine Cleanouts, Lawn Cuts and General Labor. Previous construction or handy-man experience is a plus. This is a 1099 contractor position.
Basic Requirements: Reliable transportation, digital camera with date stamp capability, computer with Internet access, Smartphone, needed hand tools to address general issues, access to tools if completing lawn cuts or general labor.
Basic Duties include but are not limited to: accepting jobs online, planning route, providing required photographs of each property along with comments regarding Health, Safety and Preservation status of each property, completing general task (replacing outlet covers, installing lock sets, reporting hazards if present from site, etc), logging in on-line to upload photos and comments obtained. Attention to detail, reliability and good communication skills are a must.
Routine Inspection Specific Requirements include: Visiting properties to perform a property condition assessment, field contractors are required to monitor the condition of the structure via photos and addressing minor issues (replacing outlet covers, installing locks and other minor tasks).
Routine Lawn Care Requirements are: Access to mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, edging shears, shovel, rake, trash bags and common lawn tools. Duties include visiting properties on a needed basis and perform lawn services per scope of work requirements.
Initial Inspection Specific Requirements: 7500 Watt Generator with 220v pigtail cables to back feed power to structure, portable air compressor with fittings to attach to structure plumbing to perform pressure checks and water removal from plumbing lines. Initial Inspectors must be able to identify and provide comments on HVAC systems, Electrical systems, roofing components, and general construction issues.
Initial Cleanouts and General Labor Specific Requirements: Removing debris, providing bids for excessive debris removal or special scenarios, providing photos of measurements taken using a tape measure, cleaning, etc.

Payment is made per work order. Payments are made per work order on a monthly basis.
