My husband and I are looking for a nanny to care for our almost-two-year-old from approximately 12:00 - 4:15 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Hours are flexible, but this will be a consistent weekly position until next June. We'd like someone to watch him in our home, which is very kid-friendly, spacious, and has a big outdoor area. I would be working in a separate part of the house and available if anything urgent came up or you had to miss a day due to illness.
One possible issue is naptime. As any parent or sitter will know, naps can change from day to day, but our little guy usually goes down around 2:00 and naps for about two hours. We're hoping to find someone who is open to doing light cleaning during the time that our son is asleep---just sweeping, dusting, or dishes, nothing intensive or gross like litter boxes or toilets.
