I am lining up Potential homes for an Upcoming liter of rats. Rats make great first pets or just a pet not a huge amount of people have. I like to say they Are Dogs and Cat's in one tiny body. They are friendly and Playful like dogs yet small and clean like cats. They are also the perfect apartment pets. Mom and Dad are both Amazing! Their Dad is the Sweetest rat that I have ever met. My rats a bred for health and temperament so you'll end up with perfect babies! Rats from Breeders and Rats from pet stores are VERY different. Breeder rats are much more wiling to sit and cuddle with you and they do not always want to go go go. I will be very picky to who they will go to. Potential homes have to fill out a questionnaire so I can pair you up with the best rats possible and an adoption Application. I also require a five dollar deposit once the Little ones are born that you will get back when you pick up your pair If you don't pick them up when we have planed then you don't get it back unless it was a emergency. 1) They are only going to go out in same gender pairs or groups unless you can prove that you have rats at home already but if they are older then one year I still require that you take a pair or more.
2) I have to get updates so I can keep track of my line say if health problems pop up I will either end the line and stop breeding their parents or I will try to fix the problem.
3) These are not snake food what so ever!
4) The babies are not to have babies unless You talk to me and ask first. If you have any idea's in breeding you have to tell before bring home your rats and I require that I keep them a little longer to make sure they would be good breeders.
5) They do come with a few things. A bag of food that will last a few days, a water bottle, a hammock, and a Frozen in Time Rattery certificate.
