I've never been this rude on CL, but here goes. You are an idiot. If you think asking people to stop buying dogs from "breeders overpopulating" is going to stop dogs from being euthanized you're nuts! People aren't breeding, the dogs are. Ya, they could get them altered, but not everyone can afford that. And it's not illegal to own an unaltered animal. But for an idiot like you to say stop buying the puppies?? Where do you think those puppies are going to end up? In the shelters, idiot. Ya, shelters. Ya know, the place those puppies get euthanized! Not to mention if the "real breeders" would stop asking exuberant prices to adopt their "designer dogs" and "AKC registered" puppies then people would be able to adopt the full bred pups. Mutts are much cheaper and everyone that will care for their animal has a right to own an animal. Not just those with $$$$ to throw around to so called reputable breeders. And, I might add, mutts are excellent dogs. I love my mutts just as much as I love my full blooded babies. ALL FROM "BACKYARD BREEDERS, and I've never had anyone say my dogs are!!!!
