currently have seven (7), 1 bed, 2 bed, and 3 bed apartments/duplexes and houses to rent in 4 weeks.
In addition, to renting these, we are looking for listings, in Eastern Jackson County. If you can rent them all, you will CLEAR approximately $3,000 (w9 so no taxes withheld).
This is a commission only position....you will earn 35-70% of the 1st month's rent when the tenant pays their 1st month rent and security deposit.
Can be done in evening and weekends.
Must be able to place ads, screen, show properties and take application. We do the rest.
