You buy the house I do all the work! No outside contractors. Will consult with you while you are buying the house for any concerns or cost overruns. This is not my "first rodeo" in this area. I do EVERYTHING (electrical/plumbing/flooring/painting/etc. - EVERYTHING INSIDE and OUT). NO subcontractors! Don't get ripped off and have delays dealing with everyone!
