-Must be highly responsive to email/phone calls
-Must be able to get and send pictures within 24 hour period
-Must have a digital camera or smartphone
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must have a clean, professional appearance
-Must be personable
*Many times you will be the first person from our company that our sellers will see. We want to make a good first impression.
The job will consist of taking at least 30 interior and exterior pictures. We want to see the good and the 'bad' stuff. Any holes in the wall, any wires hanging, foundation walls cracked etc. Show us what work is needed in the house through your pictures. No dark pictures, no blurry pictures.
We work throughout the Kansas City metro area. No war zones, but most properties need a lot of work.
