Real Estate Video Recordings (with a mobile device)
Record videos of soon to be listed real estate properties using your mobile device.
We will send you the jobs. You will need drive and meet the real estate agent at the property at a predetermined time. You will walk around the property and record the raw video and then upload it to our server. You don't need to record an audio. Our video editors will then make it into a professional video and publish it.
Once you get the hang of it you should be able to do it in 15-30 minutes.
After each job the client will receive a survey to rate your service(appearance, on time, speed, friendliness & video quality etc.). If you continue to get good feedback you will get more work.
You will need:
o) a mobile device or camera that can record at least 1080p (get in contact if you aren't sure if yours does)
o) a stabilizer to make the video smooth (can be purchased for about $80)
To start with you will need to do a test video that we will use to promote you to clients.
You don't need experience but will need to learn and improve quickly. If you are friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and interested please get in contact and we'll do a short skype interview.
