The candidates should have maintenance experience in plumbing, electric, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, popcorn removal, and knockdown texture application. Must have a truck or car, phone, and any tools needed to complete the job. Must be able to lift 80 pounds at a time. Must be able to speak and understand English. Should be able to work alone, and with others.
