We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to do turnover cleanings of our small vacation rental apartment in Waimea. The space is approximately 500 square feet with a living/sleeping area, kitchenette, and bathroom. The standard time of the turnovers is between 11am (check out) and 2pm (check in). Each session should take about 45-60 minutes. In instances where there are not back-to-back bookings, additional flexibility in the time for the cleanings might be possible, but being available during this window of time is essential to the duties of this job. There are anywhere from ~5-15 cleanings per month depending on occupancy.
We will pay $20 per cleaning to the right person. Training sessions will be provided and quality-control will be checked regularly.
Preference for someone who lives within about 20 minutes drive of Waiaka area on the dryside of Waimea.
