I am a 29 year old Social Work student at Central seeking a day time nannying position in the Bristol, CT area. I have a more flexible summer schedule, but will have class on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings starting at the end of August.

I am a mother of one five month old boy, and I have experience with babysitting children ages 8 weeks to 8 years since high school. I have also volunteered at Imagine Nation Preschool Learning Center in Bristol where I assisted with small learning groups for the preschool students and also assisted on the museum floor with kids of all ages. Last semester I volunteered at ParaDYM, Inc in New Britain working with students ages 12-17.

I have my own car for transportation, and I am willing to run errands and do light housekeeping, as well as meal preparation. I love outdoor activities, arts and crafts, reading, animals, movies, and just being silly!

I love children and hope to work in a school once I receive my degree (two more years!) so the more time and experience I can get with them, the better! I would love to be a positive and encouraging "bonus" adult in your kids'! :)
