I am a 28 yr old female relocating to ATL in June from Chicago. I am in search of a an affordable 1-2br apartment from a (preferably) private owner, looking for a short term lease between 3-6 months or a rent-to-own opportunity. Admittedly, my credit is not the best willing to pay up to 3 months of rent in advance in lieu of security deposit. My price range is between $500-$700 with some utilities included. I am a former real estate agent (In several states, and DC) and I am very familiar with comps and price ranges in the ATL market. In need of premium location within the city, close to stores and public transportation at max within .5 mile radius. Please serious replies only!!
