WHAT ARE WE DOING?
Looking to hire for:
Full time: Available to work Mornings, Afternoons, and Evenings, typically from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
(But NOT always that late....you have a life too, right?!?!)
Part Time: Available to be on a
"Stand by" or "On Call" basis
(For the same day / last minute Cleaning requests, Moving Assistance, and Home repairs)
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
(1): Talented House Keepers
(You gain talent only with Experience)
(2): Movers
(If you have a truck and / or crew....even better)
(3): Skilled Individuals who know all about Residential and Commercial Rehabilitation and Home Improvement (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, tile, flooring, drywall, sheetrock, painting, roofing, fencing, landscaping, etc..)
If you have a crew....even better!!
WHEN ARE WE?
Immediately!!
We would like to start interviewing early next week.

Time is precious, so we would like to respect yours as well as OURS.
√ You will be employed as a "Sub Contractor", therefore will be considered 1099.
That simply means that we will NOT take any taxes out of your pay, therefore YOU solely will be responsible for this when it comes time to do your income taxes.
√ You MUST have a valid Driver's License.
√ You MUST have Good, Reliable, Dependable Transportation.
√ All Movers AND Contractors MUST have insurance. If not, you WILL BE required to sign a waiver
√ You MUST have (or at least some) of the necessary supplies, tools, or equipment.
√ You MUST be a Team Player.
√ You MUST be Flexible, Understanding, and Open to Communication
√ We pay WEEKLY!
