We are a family owned and operated business providing residential and commercial cleaning services to the Greater Newburyport area. We understand each customer comes with their own unique needs and we can tailor our services to meet those needs. MAINTENANCE CLEANING
A regularly scheduled cleaning done on a weekly, biweekly or every 4 week basis. The service includes the following:
All Rooms
Thorough vacuuming. Remove cobwebs. Dust and clean tables, windowsills, baseboards, and shelves. Empty all trash containers. Dust and vacuum furniture. Wash all vinyl, tile and wood floors. Spot clean all interior glass, woodwork, light switches, and door handles.
Kitchens
Clean the stove exterior and hood fan. Damp wipe cabinet exteriors and countertops. Clean the interior and exterior of the microwave. Clean the exterior of the refrigerator and dishwasher. Polish all stainless steel. Clean the sink and wash the floor.
Bathrooms
Clean the mirror, vanity and sink(s). Clean toilet and tub/shower. Hand wash floor.
SPECIALIZED SERVICE
We will provide any specialized cleaning task you require whether it involves, cleaning a vacated apartment or dwelling or cleaning up after a function or event. We understand each customer comes with their own unique needs and we can tailor our services to meet those needs.
We are bonded and registered on Angies list. We understand that trust and honesty are important, we are long time Newburyport residents and have clean criminal backgrounds. References available upon request.
