We are an artist husband and wife, responsible with excellent references, non-smokers, great tenants. We are looking for a house to rent or a building such as an old school, church, factory or similar building that we could rent (or possibly buy) to live in and work on our art. We currently live in a small apartment and need a lot more room. We would like to find something in Utah county, if possible, but would consider other areas as well. Really want a place with trees around it, in a nice neighborhood or in an area with nature or something that at least has a yard. Love gardening, would like to have a cat and areas to go for walks.

The main thing we are looking for, however is enough room. If we could find a building that has one really large room to use as our art studio, that would be great. Or if we could find a house that has at least one or two large rooms, they would work well for our studios. One or two bedrooms, preferably two, one bathroom; if there is a storage area, barn, garage, etc. that would be great, too.

We are very reliable, have been apartment managers for 5 years, have worked as Estate Managers in very elite homes in Beverly Hills, Belair and Sundance and have a lot of experience in maintaining a home, gardening, general repairs, etc, so we are excellent tenants. Would even be interested in possible part time work for partial rent if a home needs painting, yard work, etc.
