QR Code Link to This Post I am looking for a person that is a problem solver, that is able to reach out to clients and resolve issues. We have a staff of about 30 people, and no one that currently handles customer retention.

For this particular position, we're looking for a person to focus on old clients only. We have a list that we would like to have someone reach out to and see what we can do to get them to resign with us.
