Holiday Craft Camp
(Ages 6 - 11): December 9, 2017 & December 16, 2017
Kids between the ages of six and eleven are welcome to join us on two Saturdays in December for a craft camp! Campers will make holiday related crafts, tour the Richmond SPCA, and even interact with some of our adoptable pets! Each session will include different activities and various crafts. Session 1 will take place on December 9 and will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 4 p.m. Kids will decorate their own mugs and later enjoy donuts and hot chocolate! This is a full day camp (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.) $50/day
Session 2 will take place on December 16 and will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 4 p.m. This session will include popcorn, drinks, and the showing of a fun animal-themed movie! This is a full day camp (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.) $50/day
Winter Critter Camp: A Journey through a Shelter
(Ages 6 - 11): December 19 - 22, 2017
Animal Shelters play a crucial role in communities by taking in millions of homeless pets each year. In this camp, your child will use their imagination and skills to understand what it takes to run an animal shelter. They will hear firsthand about the different roles needed and get hands on experience promoting pets, hosting an adoption event and more! This will be a fun-filled learning experience. Winter Wonderland Kid's Party
Thursday, December 14, 2017 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Please join us at the Richmond SPCA for a Winter Wonderland Party! Watch as fashionable pooches show off their winter wear and perform fancy tricks on the red carpet. There will be lots of fun, crafts, and holiday cheer! Food will be available for purchase at the Cheezilla food truck and we will provide sweet treats and lemonade. Come join us and get into the holiday spirit!
This particular event is for children and their parents or guardians only; canine family members must stay home this time so as not to distract our doggie performers!
