Room available near UWM campus ASAP (2865 N Maryland Avenue)
I will be moving by January and I am looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP until August 1.
The room available is shared with another girl, so female roommates only, please. It is a large room - we have one queen size bed, one full size bed, two desks, a television, and two clothing storage units in there and we still have plenty of space.
In total you would have three roommates (2 guys, 1 girl). Rent is $318.75/mo, WE is $40-50/mo, and Internet is $20/mo. Water is included and an off street parking spot is available (included in rent).
