Rent is only $240 + $240 security deposit. Electricity, Water, and Internet bills will be shared equally. The building has coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. Apartment complex has a parking lot. Smoking, Drugs, Pets and Alcohol are not allowed in apartment. *You will be subleasing through The Stellar Abodes Apartments office, not with me, so you have to be able to pass a credit check and background check!
