Hi- I am currently seeking a place to live. Looking for a room to rent or a roommate. I had what I thought was a solid plan, completely fall through which has left me staying with friends. A little about me: 40 year old man, steady income, very easy going where I usually get along with most people, kids & animals! I appreciate a clean, quiet, mellow living environment. In the past I've been a live in PCA...very motivated, willing to do chores/maintenance in/around the property. If I could afford a rental on my own I would be responding to rental ads. I'm willing to live "at will" month to month or sign a lease. Hoping to find the right person, or someone needing a roommate or someone willing to take the leap and at least meet, go from there!!
