Back then,, the ROTC program at Eastern Washington state College (now EWU) the program was four year or three year if you went summers. Graduating with a Math degree and a Lt Col status allows one to enter the military as an officer.
Spokane was my home city -- I had a guy try to refute that I ever lived in Spokane and never could convince him.
Strange place this CL - it seems to draw some real weird hatful Republicans as of late. In the years earlier I had a tag team of twelve from all over the USA. Three of which were females and one a female in the Army. Those days were fun -- today it seems like a complete irrational war in this room- some of the posters are stoned and some are in such a disarray of psychological state that they cannot be helped.
