"RV Restrictions apply": no flat tires, RV must be in original state, No window units, RV must be less than 10 years or clean and acceptable by management etc. RV's kept in good condition at all times. We are secluded and out of the way but that makes it all the more peaceful on the lake.
Laundry room on premise. Fishing license required. Fishing and boat ramp available for RV tenants and apartment/motel "ONLY". Apartments are also available but limited and usually full so please call for availability Winter Texans are not committed to yearly leases.
