Job Description
As a Phase 2 Services representative, you will have the opportunity to represent a medium sized service com-pany servicing the commercial Chicago metropolitan and suburban areas. Through a consultative sales approach, you will deliver the right solution to your clients.
Our Outside Sales representatives: After completing our training program, from your home or our office you are expected to utilize our database as well as cultivate your own leads. Your leads will be supplemented with our pre-screened appointments made by our inside sales team as well. With your vehicle, you will meet your clients at their location for consultation.
Our Inside Sales Representatives: After completing our training program, from your home or our office you are expected to log in to our database and call on prospective clients and secure qualified appointments for our Outside Sales Force.
Our History
We are a commercial service based company with an outstanding reputation serving management companies for over 20 years. We are based in Oak Brook, Illinois and operating from Addison, Illinois. We provide Carpet Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Fleet Washing, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Fire/Flood/Water/Mold restoration and reconstruction.
Almost all of these projects are at a 20% renewable commission and range between $1,500 and $40,000 per project. We also service the residential market. We are a family oriented company and all of our employees, including our sales team, work together as a team. We are very proud to have some of the longest retained employees in the industry.
